<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system of an OFDMA method which allows reduction of communication resource to be suppressed and a processing burden of a base station to be reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system incudes a down link frame generation section 14 which generates a down link frame which is a down link period during which the communication is performed from the base station 10 to at least one terminal 20 among a plurality of terminals, and an up link frame generation section 24 which generates an up link frame which is an up link period during which the communication is performed from at least one terminal 20 among the plurality of terminals to the base station 10, wherein allocation of a subchannel assigned to each terminal in the down link frame and the up link frame is the same, and the base station notifies assignment information which indicates the assignment of the subchannel to the terminal as common information for every frame in the down link frame to the terminal.
