<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter from adhering on a boss part inner peripheral surface of an inlet/outlet port periphery of a tail gate of a waste transporting container to facilitate insertion of an insertion pin for fixing a cover member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inlet/outlet port is formed to the tail gate opening/closing a rear end opening of a container body, and the inlet/outlet port is closed by a push plate (cover member). The push plate can be attached or detached by pulling or inserting the insertion pin 10 from/into a push-plate-side boss part and a tail-gate-side boss part. The insertion pin 10 is constituted of round bars, and chamfers 11b are formed to be axially continuous so that sections of outer peripheries of round bars are constituted of circular arc portions 11a and linear portions 11b.
