PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector which can improve assembling workability, and an optical connector which can suppress variations in coupling between optical connectors and improve reliability of a system link.SOLUTION: In an optical connector 1, an engaging portion 26 which protrudes convexly from one end, in an optical-axis direction of an optical fiber 3, of a stationary member 9 is formed in the stationary member 9, and an engaged portion 20 is arranged in a housing 7. In addition, a second engaging portion 27 is arranged on the other end side, in the optical-axis direction of the optical fiber 3a, of the stationary member 9, and a second engaged portion 21 is arranged in the housing 7. Further, when the engaging portion 26 is engaged with the engaged portion 20 and the second engaging portion 27 is engaged with the second engaged portion 21 in a tentative engagement condition in which the stationary member 9 is press fitted into and held in a fitting portion 18 of the housing 7, a real engagement condition is achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
