PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making it possible to execute abnormality monitoring for a microcomputer etc. for measuring a voltage value, while making it possible to implement cost reduction.SOLUTION: A monitoring device for monitoring respective voltages of a plurality of cells, comprises: measurement means for continuously measuring the respective cell voltages to output the measured voltages; first control means that instructs the measurement means to measure and output cell voltages and acquires the cell voltages output continuously from the measurement means; and second control means for monitoring abnormality of the first control means by using part of the continuously output cell voltages. A plurality of signal lines are connected to the first control means. The first control means transmits a voltage designation signal for designating a cell voltage to be used for monitoring abnormality, by using a signal line differing from a signal line for transmitting a command for instructing to measure cell voltages and a command for instructing to output measurement results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
