A METHOD FOR DETECTING GENE SPECIFIC TO CANCER

PURPOSE: A method for detecting cancer-specific gene is provided to detect undetected cancer-associated target gene. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting cancer-specific gene comprises: a step of culturing cancer cells in three-dimension; a step of irradiating cancer cell line by radiation; and a step of analyzing gene expression in the cancer cell line. The detection method comprises a step of selecting a gene which generates tumor and suppresses tumor.
