FIELD: fire safety.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a ferrocene-based fire extinguishing composition. Ferrocene-based fire extinguishing composition comprises ferrocene, a ferrocene derivative, or a combination thereof in amount of 25 wt%. To use composition, a pyrotechnic aerosol agent is used as a heat source and a power source.
