The present invention relates to a vehicle seat for preventing wrinkles via hollow fiber combination and, more specifically, to a vehicle seat for preventing wrinkles via hollow fiber combination, comprising: an artificial cotton layer composed by intertwining polyester yarn and hollow fibers via a needle punching process; and a fabric part combined with the upper surface of the artificial cotton layer. The vehicle seat and a manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention applies the artificial cotton layer, wherein polyester yarn, single fibers and composite fibers are combined via a needle punching process, to the lower surface of a leather fabric or a PVC fabric, which forms the vehicle seat. Therefore, neat and tidy appearance is provided as folding or fine wrinkles are prevented by the characteristics of the artificial cotton layer having no repulsion or elasticity even if the artificial cotton layer is applied to an area with an inverse curvature or double curvatures of the vehicle seat. |
