CONSTITUTION: The first resistor is arranged between a base stage of a bipolar transistor and the first driving voltage transfer unit. The first noise removing unit(200) comprises an inductor and a diode. The first inductor is connected to one side of the bipolar transistor. The second driving voltage transfer unit(100) transfers a driving voltage to one side node of the bipolar transistor.</p> |
