1. A method of producing a dispersion composition of fluorine-containing ion exchange resin comprising a copolymer represented by the following formula: wherein
x and y represent numbers satisfying 0≦x<1, 0≦y<1, and x+y=1;Z represents H, CI, F, or a perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms;m represents an integer of 0 to 12; andn represents an integer of 0 to 2, wherein an abundance ratio of a resin having a particle size of 10 μm or more in the fluorine-containing ion exchange resin is 0.1% to 48% by volume; and a viscosity ηd (mPa·s) of the dispersion composition is within a range of formula (I): ηd≦exp (0.26×Cd) wherein Cd represents a concentration, mass %, of the fluorine-containing ion exchange resin,
the method comprising:mixing 1% by mass or more and less than 15% by mass of the fluorine-containing ion exchange resin having an equivalent weight of from 400 to 1000 g/eq into a mixed solvent containing 50.1% to 99.9% by mass of water and 0.1% to 49.9% by mass of alcohol;subjecting an aqueous composition comprising the fluorine-containing ion exchange resin to a dispersion treatment; andconcentrating the aqueous composition subjected to the dispersion treatment, so that the concentration Cd (mass %) of the fluorine-containing ion exchange resin becomes 20% by mass or more and 45% by mass or less. |
