The present invention addresses the problem of providing a transparent electrode which combines sufficient conductivity with light transmission properties and has excellent durability (light-transmittance stability), an electronic device equipped with the transparent electrode, and an organic electroluminescent element. This transparent electrode includes an interlayer and a conductive layer disposed so as to adjoin the interlayer, and is characterized in that the transparent electrode has a light transmittance of 50% or more at a wavelength of 550 nm and a sheet resistivity of 20 Ω/□ or less, the interlayer comprises an organic compound that has a halogen atom, and the conductive layer is constituted of silver as the main component. |
