The device has an actuator (6) i.e. electric, pneumatic or hydraulic jack, for opening of a door leaf (1), and installed between the door leaf and a framework (2). An L-shaped lever (7) has an end equipped with a roller (11) to exert an effort on the door leaf. The actuator has an end articulated on the door leaf and another end articulated on the lever that is pivotingly assembled on the framework. A spring (8) i.e. gas spring, is connected to the actuator and the lever, and articulated with a rod (9).
