PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle and charging stand, capable of achieving stable communication while avoiding noise without restrictions by a counterparty of communication.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle 200 includes: a storage part 241 storing a plurality of frequency bands (BD1, BD2, BD3, BD4, BD5) not overlapping each other; a selection part 242 selecting a frequency band with little noise during communication, of a plurality of frequency bands stored in the storage part 241.
