PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of compressor surge and to perform safety operation of a plant. SOLUTION: CH1 and O2 are fed to a combustor 22 and expanded at a turbine 23 to perform a work and flow through an exhaust gas boiler 24 to heat H2O brought into condensate by a condenser 25, and heated steam is fed to a combustor 23. Gas from the exhaust gas boiler 24 partially flows to the condenser 25, and a rest flows through a H2O high concentration line 41 and a flow rate regulating valve 31. Further, H2O in the condenser 25 flows through a CO2 high concentration line 42 and a flow rate regulating valve 32 and is confluenp and returned to the inlet side of a compressor 21. A control device 30 inputs signals from concentration sensors S1 and S2, flow rate sensors S3 and S4, and a pressure sensor S5 and controls the flow rate regulating valves 31 and 32 so that a concentration ratio between H2O and CO2 is adjusted to a value at which surface does not occur to the compressor 21, and surging is prevented from occurring. |
