SOLUTION: A tire 3 is furnished with a tire body 6 of a ring shape fastened on a rim 2 so as to cover the rim 2 along its overall periphery. A large rib 7 and a small rib 8 to secure a rectilinear propagating property and a lug 9 to secure traction are formed to integrally project from the tire body 6 respectively with intervals in the wheel peripheral direction on the outer peripheral side (grounding surface side) of the tire body 6. Additionally, an inward H side in the wheel radial direction of a recessed part 10 formed on an E end surface 9a in the wheel axial center direction of the lug 9 is made in an open state toward the inside H in the wheel radial direction.
