PURPOSE: A heating furnace is provided to adjust temperature of the air curing accurately, thereby preventing crack and deterioration of the tire. CONSTITUTION: A curing system for a tire is composed of an upper clamp ring(3), a lower clamp ring(4), an injection pipe(5) to inject curing medium, and a discharge pipe(6) to discharge the curing medium. A bladder(2) is formed by coating hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber(NHBR) on an unsaturated nitrile rubber(NBR) layer. A heating furnace is installed adjacent to the injection pipe.
