PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy tool which improves the blood circulation of a sole of a foot 2 by an exercise of all toes of the foot 2 while the heal touches to duvet or floor in order to stimulate the sole of the foot 2 with a tapping and beating part 3. SOLUTION: The body 1 has a long sideways inserting socket 5 made of a mount 3 and a beltlike part 4, to which all toes can be inserted up to the second joints. The weights 8 whose inside is molded and gouged out so as to adapt to a screw 6 unified with each edge of the mount 3 can be removed and whose weight is changed as the user prefers. One end of a removable fitting board 9 is fitted to the center of the longer side of the back of the mount 3. The other end of the board 9 has a tapping and beating part 13 at one side and a projection for stimulating pressure points on the other side. |
