PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating tool wherein even if the tool falls down or is subjected to an impact, a back-flow preventive material or ink is prevented from splashing. SOLUTION: An ink using a hydrocarbon solvent therein, and a back-flow preventive material composed of at least water, a viscosity adjusting agent, and a sugar alcohol in contact with the interface of the ink, are directly filled into the coating tool. |
