PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame-containing bean curd and a thick block of deep- fried bean curd, easily eatable by anybody anywhere, rich in nutrition and flavor, having nice smell and beautiful color and also most suitable as salad and dessert. SOLUTION: This sesame bean curd offers high nutrition, rich flavor, nice smell and beautiful color through the combination of nutrition, taste, flavor and color which sesame and each kind of additives have. The other objective thick block of deep-fried bean curd is obtained by cutting the bean curd into 1 a stick shape (rectangular body) before frying it in oil so as to be easily eatable outdoors. |
