A hinge is attachable to the door and at least one opening (20) is provided in the hinge area to enable processing fluid to drain away. The opening can be provided in the screw-on area of the hinge or in the hinge foot. The attachment e.g. door can have the opening in the hinge area for draining off the fluid. Independent claim describes method for finishing the assembly by providing a drainage opening prior to using the processing fluid.
