CONDUCTIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF, AND FUEL CELL SEPARATORS

A conductive resin composition which does not suffer from molding faults suc h as separation of resin and electrically conducting filler and occurrence of voids or warpage and is excellent in mold-filling properties and capable of giving fuel cell separators having the above excellent characteristics and other various electrical and electronic components. The composition comprise s (A) an electrically conducting filler, (B) a urethane-modified epoxy (meth)acrylate obtained by reacting (b-1) an epoxy (meth)acrylate obtained b y addition reaction of an epoxy resin having an aromatic cyclic structural uni t and/or an alicyclic structural unit with (meth)acrylic acid with (b-2) polyisocyanate, (C) a (meth)acrylate having a number-average molecular weigh t of 500 to 10,000 which comprises 20 to 80 wt% of aromatic cyclic structural units and/or alicyclic structural units and is free from active hydrogen, an d (D) one or more other ethylenically unsaturated monomers copolymerizable wit h the components (B) and (C).
