<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact oscillator, make a drive impedance constant over a wide temperature range, and reduce temperature drifts in a support structure for supporting the oscillator provided with terminals for electrical connection. <P>SOLUTION: The support structure supports the oscillator 1A provided with a fixed part 2 and bent vibrating reeds. The support structure is provided with both a substrate 7 and a plurality of bonding wires 3 supported on the surface of the substrate 7 to be joined to the fixed part 2. The oscillator 1A is supported by the bonding wires 3 in such a way as not to be in contact with the substrate 7.
