<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for quickly and surely setting a detailed policy in units of terminals for each terminal, and further rejecting a communication network connection of a terminal which is not adapted to the policy. <P>SOLUTION: The access control system includes a policy adaptation determining means which determines whether a terminal device is adapted to the policy of a communication network, an address list storing means which stores an address list of terminal devices having been determined to be adapted to the policy, and a communication data passing control means which receives communication data transmitted from the terminal device, allows the communication data to pass if an originator address of the communication data is contained in the address list of the address list storing means, and prohibits the passing of the communication data and causes the terminal device to access a policy adaptation software providing device if the originator address is not contained in the address list. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
