PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive metal-labeled compound, such as a radioactive metal-labeled antibody, which little accumulates the radioactive metal in kidney and can quickly be excreted into urine, to provide an image-diagnostic or therapeutic medicine composition containing the labeled compound as an active ingredient, and to provide an image-diagnostic or therapeutic method. SOLUTION: This diagnostic or therapeutic agent labeled with a radioactive metal represented by formula 1: M-A-B-C-D-E-F [M is a radioactive metal selected from Tc-99m, Re-186 and Re-188; A is a group derived from cyclopentadienyl tricarbonyl or cyclopentadienyl tricarbonyl group; B and C are each an arbitrary amino acid residue; D is spacer 1; E is spacer 2 (when D is directly bound to F, the spacer 2 may not exist); F is an antibody, a protein such as an antibody fragment, or a physiologically active substance such as a peptide].
