PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standardized machining jig for a machining center to machine various workpieces. SOLUTION: The machining jig 1, which is mounted on an exchange table T<SB>1</SB>of the machining center, has a jig base 10 and a pallet 20. The pallet 20 is provided with a plurality of through-holes arranged at fixed pitches. A standard bolt 30 is inserted in each through-hole. The falling-off of the standard bolt 30 is prevented by a stopper plate 80. Standardized supporting blocks 42, 43 and a positioning block 50 are fixed on the pallet 20 with the bolts 30. The workpiece 100 is fixed on the supporting blocks and the positioning block. The bolts 30 are operated by a bolt runner 60 mounted to a robot arm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
