PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device and a shield cover that can prevent circuits such as an LNA circuit mounted inside the shield cover from short-circuiting during soldering. SOLUTION: The shield cover 24 for shielding the LNA circuit mounted on the rear face 21b of a circuit board 21 has a nearly rectangular ceiling 241 whose four corners are chamfered, four side walls 242-245, and four corners 247. The shield cover 24 is mounted on the rear face 21b of the circuit board by soldering at the four corners 247. There is no gap between the four side walls 242-245 and the four corners 247. The shield cover 24 is formed by bending a metal plate 40 and has an extension 248 overlapping with each of the side walls 242-245 at both ends of each four corners 247. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
