PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and a communication system for allowing a fire wall to monitor and control the content of communication without changing any existing cipher communication protocol, and to provide a program and a recording medium. SOLUTION: Cipher communication is executed after a session for monitoring cipher communication between a server A and a fire wall FW is established, and thereby it is possible for the fire wall FW to monitor or control the content of communication without changing any existing cipher communication protocol.
