A handpiece for a laser medical treatment device is provided to prevent internal pollution of a handpiece body and an arm by smoothly discharging the air through both insides of the handpiece body and the arm. In a handpiece(100) for a laser medical treatment device, a head unit(1) has a reflecting mirror(11) installed at the front end and an irradiating pipe(12) irradiating a laser beam reflected by the reflecting mirror, to the affected part. One end of a prober(2) is connected to the head unit and the other end is assembled to the front end of a fixing pipe(3). The prober has a tapered outer diameter and a hole perforated through the inside. An adjusting pipe(4) comprises a lubricating ring(41) installed through an elongated hole(31) formed in an axial direction and assembled by a step shaft(42), and a female screw unit(44) and plural recessed grooves(43) formed at one end to pass the air through an inner wall surface. The focus of a lens(6) combined in a bore of the adjusting pipe is adjusted by rotating a sleeve(5) having a spiral guide groove(51) guiding the lubricating ring, in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. A connecting pipe body(7) is combined to the rear side of the fixing pipe and composed of an elongated hole(71) discharging the air supplied through an arm, stepped bore holes, and a female screw formed on the hole disposed at the end of the bore. An air regulating ring(8) is inserted into the bore hole of the connecting pipe body, connected through the elongated hole by a regulating rod(81), and provided with an elongated hole(82) formed on the outer peripheral surface in a vertical direction. The air regulating ring controls the supply amount of air by the regulating rod. A disc-shaped ring(9) is combined to the bore hole of the connecting pipe body.
