A plasma display device is provided to radiate rapidly heat generated from a driving IC to the outside by forming a chassis base and a chassis reinforcing member with different kinds of raw materials. A panel assembly(201) displays images by using plasma discharge. A chassis base assembly includes a chassis base(204), a chassis reinforcing member(211), and a driving circuit unit(208). The chassis base is coupled with the panel assembly. The chassis reinforcing member is coupled with an edge of the chassis base. The driving circuit unit is installed at a backside of the chassis base. The driving circuit unit transfers electrical signals to the panel assembly by using a signal transfer unit(210) having a driving IC. The chassis reinforcing member is formed of a material having heat conductivity higher than the chassis base. The driving IC of the signal transfer unit is coupled with an outer surface of the chassis reinforcing member. |
