An apparatus and a method for multiplexing a beam route, and an apparatus and a method for processing optical information using the multiplexing apparatus are provided to vary the incident angle of reference beam by using an optical device having a reflection surface and a convex focusing the reflected lights. An apparatus for multiplexing a beam route comprises an optical device(110), an actuator(140), a control part(130), and a lens(150). The optical device has a reflection surface of reflecting the projection light and a convex of focusing the reflected lights from the reflection surface. The actuator moves the optical device on the optical path of the projection light. The control part controls the actuator. The lens guides the reflected lights to the same area. A sensor(120) detects the permeable light from the reflection surface to measure the position of the optical device.
