<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure hydrogen storage container carrying out the size and weight reduction of coolant piping and a coolant pump to be arranged. <P>SOLUTION: The high pressure hydrogen storage container is provided with a hydrogen container 5 filled with a material X occluding or adsorbing hydrogen, and a liner 2 internally provided with the hydrogen container.
