A method for predicting morphofunctional features of the coronary vessels in the patients with ischemic heart disease after myocardial infarction provides for loading tests using veloergometer. The capacity threshold of the load is assessed. When such level is below 50 W, the multivascular pathology of the coronary vessels in at least 67 % of cases with occlusion (subocclusion) of three vessels in at least 39 % of cases may be predicted. When such level is within 50-75 W, the multivascular pathology of the coronary vessels in not more than 52 % of cases with occlusion (subocclusion) of three vessels in not more than 14 % of cases may be predicted. Finally, when such level is not less than 100 W, the multivascular pathology of the coronary vessels in not more than 11 % of cases may be predicted with no occlusion (subocclusion) of three vessels. |
