<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered material for a dielectric substance comprising a core-shell microstructure including a core of a first material and a shell of a second material, wherein a relative dielectric constant of the first material is larger than a relative dielectric constant of the second material. <P>SOLUTION: The sintered material for a dielectric substance includes a dispersed phase formed from a material selected from a group comprising NiO in which Li and Ti are doped, NiO in which Li and Al are doped, CuO, ACu<SB>3</SB>Ti<SB>4</SB>O<SB>12</SB>having a perovskite structure and RE<SB>2-y</SB>A'<SB>y</SB>NiO<SB>4</SB>and a continuous phase formed from a sintering aid, wherein A is 0<x<1, RE is La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd or Ce and A' is Ca, Sr or Ba and 0<y<2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
