<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing cereal drying materials which can be eaten in an extremely short time by simple cooking with a palate feeling of grains and a feeling of elasticity although it is difficult to reconstitute the cereal drying materials as instant food to be prepared by pouring boiling water. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing cereal drying materials includes the execution of heating treatment to cereals configured to absorb moisture so that water absorption magnification in the case of reconsitituting cereals by pouring boiling water can range from 4.4 to 6.0 times, the execution of slow freezing treatment as necessary, and then the execution of drying treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
