<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator having favorable drive performance, a manufacturing method for a relative motion member of the vibration actuator, and a lens barrel and a camera equipped with the vibration actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration actuator 10 includes a vibrating body 11 that is joined with a piezoelectric body 13 and produces a vibrational wave on its driving surface 12d by excitation of the piezoelectric body 13, and the relative motion member 15 that is in contact with the driving surface 12d of the vibrating body 11 under pressure and is driven by the vibrational wave. The relative motion member 15 is formed of crystalline resin, and its first surface 15a located on the driving surface 12d side and its second surface 15b located on the opposite side to the driving surface 12d side are machined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
