SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus which can control usage of the device by a user includes a plurality of control processing means corresponding to at least processing of two hierarchies of processing constituted by a hierarchical structure executed in using the device. The plurality of the control processing means control input and output of data to and from the device or at least one of input or output.
