<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable device and electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The device has a substrate, a first functional device that is provided on a first surface of the substrate and has a first terminal, and a second functional device that is provided on a second surface at a side opposite to the first one of the substrate and has a second terminal electrically connected to the first terminal. The first and second functional devices are provided on the first and second surfaces of the substrate, respectively. More specifically, the substrate is arranged between the first and second functional devices, thus allowing the substrate to relieve thermal stress occurring between the first and second functional devices, and hence obtaining a reliable device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
