<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar energy utilization device which has improved durability such as wear resistance and weather resistance, etc., water droplet taking-off property (also called droplet slidable), and antifouling property, and to provide a method for manufacturing the device. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar energy utilizing device 10, a light-incident-side transparent base material 21 is coated with a coat film 23 made of a first film compound having a first functional group, and at least a part of surfaces of water-shedding transparent particles 12 are coated with coat film 34 made of a second film compound having a second functional group, and the transparent particles 12 are fixed to the surface of the light-incident-side transparent base material 21 via bonding formed by coupling reaction of the first and second functional groups with coupling reaction groups contained in a coupling agent, to constitute a water repellent transparent member 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
