<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor panel and an image detector capable of suppressing generation of artifacts and increase in noise. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor panel 10 has an image detection region formed from a plurality of image sensor portions 103, data lines 3 for reading signals from the image sensor portions 103, bidirectional diodes 30 disposed at a peripheral edge of the image detecting region and connected to the data lines 3, and at an upper layer of the bidirectional diodes 30, a semiconductor film 6 that generates charges by irradiation of electromagnetic waves.
