<p>A distributed information creating device (100) creates data for check corresponding to secret information and a random number, performs distribution-coding of the secret information and the random number according to a predetermined access structure, and stores them in storage devices (300_1 to 300_n). A restoring device (200) reads the distribution-coded secret information and the distribution-coded random number from the storage devices corresponding to one element of the access structure and restores them. If the data for check corresponds to the restored secret information and the restored random number, the restored secret information is judged to be valid. If not, the information is judged to be false. With this, even if the secret information is selected according to any distribution, false alternation of some pieces of the distributed information can be detected while referring to n-1 pieces of distributed information.</p> |
