发明名称 METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF MARTENSITE PHASE IN ALLOYS ON BASIS OF IRON
摘要 The invention relates to area of investigation of materials with use of X-rays and deals with method for determination of volumetric part of martensite pjhase in textured alloys on basis of iron. The method includes radiation of sample with beam of characteristic X-rays, registration of diffraction of X-ray reflexes selectively from crystallographic planes of austenite and martensite phases that are parallel according to crystallographic orientation relationships for crystalline lattices of austenite and martensite. Measurement of integral intensity of registered diffraction X-ray reflexes for austenite and martensite phases and calculation of volumetric part of martensite phase by proposed formula. Technical result: increase of accuracy of determination of volumetric part of martensite phase in textured metastable alloys and increase of rate of registration of diffraction pattern.
