摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure rigidity at an airbag door part formation part in an instrument panel, and to quickly cleave a cleavage groove at the time of deployment.

SOLUTION: A knee airbag device with built-in glove door is disposed in a glove door outer 24. The glove door outer 24 is formed by laminating a foamed layer 31 and surface skin 30 on a surface of a resin base material 28. A small hole 110 is formed at a center of a bottom part 108 of a groove part 100 arranged at a center part of a lateral direction center tear part 36A. The small hole 110 passes through the bottom part 108 of the groove part 100 and is set not to reach the foamed layer 31.
