<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication base station for allowing a plurality of communication function sections to start measuring data in the same timing. <P>SOLUTION: The communication base station includes the plurality of communication function sections which each start measuring data on condition that a common system frame number matches a measurement start system frame number read out of a measurement request message once receiving the measurement request message including the measurement start system frame number on which a start of data measurement is based and a measurement period, perform the data measurement in the measurement period, and send out measurement result information including the measured data, an identifier, and the measurement start system frame number, and a supervisory control section which transmits the measurement request message to a communication function section as an object of measurement once receiving identifiers different by a plurality of communication function section as objects of measurement as to the object communication function sections, and a measurement request message including a measurement period and an instruction for data measurement, and transmits pieces of measurement result information received from the plurality of communication function sections together to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
