An exemplary embodiment of the present invention relates to a sealing member, a scroll compressor and a manufacturing method thereof. The scroll compressor, according to the exemplary embodiment, comprises: a casing having a rotary shaft; a discharging cover fixed inside the casing to partition the same into a sucking space and a discharging space; a first scroll performing a turning movement by the rotation of the rotary shaft; a second scroll provided on an upper portion of the first scroll, forming a plurality of compression chambers with the first scroll and having an intermediate pressure discharging hole communicated with a compression chamber with intermediate pressure among the compression chambers; a back pressure plate provided on the second scroll and having the intermediate pressure sucking hole communicated with the intermediate pressure discharging hole; a floating plate provided on one side of the back pressure plate to be able to move and forming a back pressure chamber with the back pressure plate; a sealing member disposed between one surface of the back pressure plate and one surface of the floating plate and preventing the leakage of refrigerant in the back pressure chamber. The sealing member comprises: a sealing main body; and a projecting unit inclined to a central line (L1) disposed on a vertical side of the sealing member.
