Disclosed is an ultrasonic cleaning device. According to the present invention, the ultrasonic cleaning device performs cleaning of a material to be cleaned through ultrasonic waves while a cleaning fluid is interposed between the ultrasonic cleaning device and the material to be cleaned. The ultrasonic cleaning device comprises: a first oscillator receiving electrical energy to be vibrated, and generating first ultrasonic waves; a second oscillator receiving electrical energy to be vibrated, and generating second ultrasonic waves; and a vibration carrier transmitting vibrations of the first oscillator and the second oscillator, and allowing a vibration surface forming a bottom surface to face the material to be cleaned. The first ultrasonic waves and the second ultrasonic waves are crossed inside the vibration carrier to generate interference waves, as a direction of a surface to which the first oscillator faces, and a direction of a surface to which the second oscillator faces are crossed. According to the present invention, while first ultrasonic waves of the first oscillator and second ultrasonic waves of the second oscillator are transmitted through the vibration carrier, interference waves generated as the first ultrasonic waves and the second ultrasonic waves are crossed and interfered, are formed. Therefore, sound pressure can be formed by the first ultrasonic waves, the second ultrasonic waves, and the interference waves in the vibration surface of the vibration carrier, and thus, cleaning can be uniformly performed. |
