PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material powder for film deposition that is deposited on a substrate by injection to form a film and contains a plurality of raw material components almost without uneven distribution, and a uniform ceramic film that is formed from the raw material powder for film deposition and has a plurality of the components well distributed.SOLUTION: Uniform distribution of alumina and ITO is observed in an obtained ceramic film. The ceramic film is observed to have a transmittance of 70% or more in the visible light region of 400 nm-800 nm. The ceramic film has a transmittance reduced sharply in the near-infrared region (1,500 nm-2,500 nm), which shows that the ceramic film has an infrared absorption effect (heat ray shield effect). The ceramic film is a thick transparent film having heat ray shielding ability and electric conductivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
