PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color material dispersion liquid that can form a coating having excellent temporal stability and improved heat resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a color material dispersion liquid containing a color material consisting of a polyacid anion including a specific aromatic cation and tungsten, dispersant, organic acid component, and solvent, where the dispersant is a block copolymer having a constitutional unit represented by the following general formula (II) and having an amine value of 70 mgKOH/g or more and 160 mgKOH/g or less; the color material has a solubility to the solvent at 23°C of 0.1 g/10 ml or less of solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
