摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a molded article having high elastic limit of bulk-solidifying amorphous alloys in the vicinity of the glass transition range thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for forming a molded article having high elastic limit including: a step of preparing a raw material of a bulk-solidifying amorphous alloy of (Zr, Ti)a(Ni, Cu, Fe)b(Be, Al, Si, B)c having 30°C or more of a supercooling temperature range (ΔTsc) that is a difference between a supercooling temperature (Tsc) and a crystallization temperature (Tx); a step of heating the raw material to a molding temperature; and a step of molding the raw material, in which a maximum molding temperature assumed in the vicinity of the glass transition temperature (Tg) is proportional to ΔTsc and allowable molding time is proportional to both of the molding temperature and the ΔTsc. In the formula, a represents 30 to 75 atom%, b represents 5 to 60 atom%, and c represents 0 to 50 atom%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
