According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for generating ionized water comprises: a TDS measurement unit for measuring total dissolved solid (TDS) of a fluid, when the fluid is introduced; an ionized water generation unit for applying a current-carrying voltage to the fluid to generate ionized water; a power supply unit for producing the current-carrying voltage with respect to an inputted control signal to supply the same to the ionized water generation unit; and a control unit for setting the size of the current-carrying voltage with respect to the TDS value and a target pH value and producing the control signal which enables the power supply unit to produce the current-carrying voltage with the predetermined size, to output the same to the power supply unit. Provided in the present invention is the apparatus for generating ionized water, which can generate the ionized water having the target pH value.
