The present invention relates to a multifunctional cushion device of a press, performing a buffering function of a cushion plate by using a first cylinder and a second cylinder, sealing a flow rate control valve for a predetermined period of time to perform a locking function when the cushion plate is descended by the second cylinder, the flow rate control valve, and a control unit, continuously monitoring a state of the cushion plate by using a position detection unit, controlling an ascending and descending stroke of the cushion plate, and preventing restraint of an installation space of a press since an overall size of the press is decreased. |
