The present invention relates to a volume booster for an actuator, which can adjust a range of a signal pressure supplied in a positioner to be wide from a low pressure to a high pressure depending on needs of a user, by increasing the width of a position change by forming a plug operating unit of the volume booster in a piston type, and has simplified composition by having a vent unit in a piston. According to the present invention, the inside of a body is divided into an upper chamber covered by a cover and a lower chamber covered by a bottom plate. The lower chamber includes an input port and an output port on both sides and is open and closed by a supply plug. A rise and fall system piston is installed in the upper chamber. As the piston descends due to pressure supplied from a signal port connected to the upper chamber, the supply plug is pushed so that the input port and the output port are connected. A discharge plug integrally connected to the supply plug is installed in the upper chamber. A discharge plug sheet connected to a discharge port on the cover center is installed in the lower part of the piston and is open and closed by the discharge plug. The supply plug is pressed to the upper side by a plug spring, and the piston is pressed to the lower side by a plug spring weaker than the plug spring. So, the supply plug is attached to the supply plug sheet, and the discharge plug is attached to the discharge plug sheet. |
